Churchill Comedian Akuku Danger has appealed to Kenyans to help him clear a pending hospital bill of Ksh 1.5 million.

Akuku says being hospitalized in ICU after his lungs collapsed left him with a bill running to almost Ksh 10 million.

Speaking exclusively to Mpasho Akuku shared,

"I was hospitalized for three months. When I was still in the hospital I used close to 8M, I still have a balance of 1.5 million.

Some of my fellow artiste  insurance got depleted and that is when Kenyans came through for me."

The comedian says there will be a fundraiser/ event to help him get cash to clear the bill.

The event dubbed 1 Mic 30 artistes will be held at Nairobi Cinema.

"All proceeds collected from the event will be used to clear my hospital bill. Obinna, Jalas, Captain Otoyo, Professor Hamo and many more artistes will be attending

The ticket only goes for 500 bob. It's gonna be a lot of fun. I am going to perform and see whether I have gotten back my strength." Shared Akuku
