Fitness Coach Frankie Justgymit has been a topic of discussion by Kenyans on Twitter and Instagram.

Last year, Frankie opened a can of worms after carrying placards with messages challenging people to keep their bodies fit.

Two weeks ago, Frankie was at the fingertips of keyboard warriors once more after Corazon Kwamboka announced that they had parted ways.

speaking to SPM Buzz, Frankie said social media comments are something that is there to stay.

"Back in the day people did not have a voice...now everyone has an opinion and something to say so the best thing you can do is block it off. The best thing to do for your mental health is just blocking. If you don't take it seriously, you might end up retaliating in a manner that you shouldn't," he advised.

Frankie said he has no problem with memes, but harsh words.

"No need to go back and forth with that person just block them."

As a fitness trainer, Frankie says she has come across situations where women stop going to his gym because of their insecure husbands.
