Ohangla star, Ndogo Jaraah's last message before fatal accident

• The musician was at the prime of his life before his fatal road accident.

Ohangla singer, Phillip Omondi Owino well-known as Ndogo Jaraah, passed away yesterday after a grisly road accident on the Nairobi-Kisumu highway. 

The musician was involved in a road accident on his way back to Kisumu after performing in Nairobi.

The sad news was met with shock and sadness by many who saw in Ndogo a potential legendary great.

Unbeknownst to him, the late singer who was well known for his hits like Dak Tek and Iber Gi Sura penned what would be his last message the day before his fatal death.

In preparation for one of his other events in Nairobi, the musician had written a message to stir his Makongeni fans before his performance there.

He wrote, "Watu wa Nairobi msinizimie simu, tumefika leo itawaka."

Ndogo Jaraah has already been mourned by some Ohangla greats the likes of Prince Indah, Emma Jalamo and Musa Jakadalla.
