Kenyan content creator Milly Chebby says she took time before getting pregnant for Terence as she wanted to be sure.

According to the mother of one, Terence was at the time not very responsible hence she hoped he would change.

Speaking during an interview on Diana Bahati's YouTube channel, she shared, "The first five years of dating Terence were tough.

That is why I took time before getting pregnant, I wanted to be sure he would be a good dad and a present husband.

Would he have dreams to raise a kid."

Adding, "God gave me enough Grace to deal with him at that time. Terence was not a dreamer at the time. He used to gamble.

Even when someone gave him 1K ya lunch he would gamble it."

Milly says Terence would work different jobs but the money would end up in the casino.

"So many times I would go get him from the casino. Initially, I did not know what a casino was but eventually, I did after asking a friend where Terence goes to.

He would just disappear and refuse to pick up my calls. One day a friend  showed me the Casino he (Terence) used to go to."

Milly says before then he did not know Terence was a gambling addict.

"He used to work for Churchill but I never knew where he takes his money. I was hesitant to get pregnant for him because I was afraid he could not even afford diapers thanks to his gambling habits."

The content creator got pregnant five years into the relationship. They have a daughter named Milla.

She says the secret to a successful marriage is all about compromise.

"I have been with Terence for almost 10 years, the secret to staying together is all about compromise."
