Kenyan YouTuber Murugi Munyi has shared that exposes done by Edar Obare have at some point affected her marriage.

Speaking during an interview with Massawe Japanni, she said,

"Everyone is trying to earn a living. I have never met him (Edgar) face to face.Some people just sit and decide to hate on someone.

My personal view is that there are people who he feels disrespected by because they do not take his narrative. He has never affected my business nor my life."

Adding, "Sometimes the stories do put pressure on my marriage.

But living life on social puts my entire family under pressure. In any line of work you have to sacrifice some things.

For me to live the life I am living I have to sacrifice my freedom. What I have learned from social media is that people will talk and sleep. Something new always comes up."

Murugi says sometimes people believe what they want to.

If I enter a hotel with a male person who is not my husband you see someone removing their camera wanipige picha."

She says as long as she is happy hiyo ingine ni kelele ya chura.

Edgar had in 2021 alleged that Murugi and her husband Zack had parted over infidelity.

Murugi says just because people say such things doesn't make it true.
