Aspiring Langata MP Jalang'o has revealed he once used to have a slashing job at Kamburu Power Station.
Sharing his experience with Oga Obinna, Jalang'o says he finally quit due to many frustrations after his job was given to someone else.
"My uncle used to work at Ken Gen, Kamburu Station. He called and told me that there were job opportunities. Slashing the electric mega poles was the only job available at the moment.
In Kamburu the road has to be slashed throughout, you slash from the 1st to the 30th day of the month. You never stop, you slash every day."
Adding,
"I was later moved to be a storekeeper. I knew I was the one who was to get a certain job only for the job to be given to someone else. I was frustrated so I left that job."
He noted, "God works in mysterious ways because right now I could still be in Kamburu working as a storekeeper."
Today, Jalango is a celebrated MCee, a radio host and currently an aspiring politician.
