Zari Hassan has been in the news this past month after she was spotted with a new man called,  GK Choppa.

Initial reports were that the two were dating, something she furiously denied. But this week, the mother of 5 went all out showing that she and the wealthy man were an item.

The pics have elicited a lot of responses from her millions of followers, mostly positive. But unfortunately, there have been people who have been criticising the South Africa-based businnes-lady.

The detractors have called out the Ugandan for her choice in a lover arguing that GK is much-younger than she is. In fact, they had the gall to say that he was nearly her son's age!

Those who know the famously temperamental socialite, know that those statements wouldn't be taken lightly. 

She responded on her Instastories saying that age was just a number.

"My decision doesn't need permission from my fans. Watch what you say, age will just be a number happiness should come first lol."

That Zari is dating a man younger than her shouldn't come as a shock to anyone. Let's not forget that her second baby daddy, Diamond is at least 10 years younger than her.

So shaming her will change nothing.
