Media personality Janet Mbugua is speaking about healing and how messy it is.

In a recent post, the mother of two shared photos on her Instagram with a caption that explained how healing takes time and why people around you should be aware of that.

She added that despite going through a messy journey, all you need to do is be kind to yourself as you dance between the two.

"It’s ok, healing is messy and you will have good days and bad. Some days you’ll be in good form, some days you won’t.

The secret is being kind to yourself as you dance between the two. We’re all just trying to get by best as we can.

It doesn’t make you a bad person, A poor leader, A terrible parent, An insensitive sibling, An ungrateful child."

She added;

"A difficult colleague, a distant friend......at that moment you’re in bad form. Just remember, healing takes time. Let the people around you understand, just like there’s always time for pain, there’s always time for healing."

For the last few years, Janet has not been posting photos with her husband Paul Ndichu and she has also not been wearing her wedding ring.

In December last year,  she enjoyed her Christmas vacation at the coast with her sister-in-law Mo Momanyi.

The two mums tagged along with their children; Janet's two sons and Mo's daughter.

On her social media, Janet posted photos of their family vacation.
