Otile Brown has been admitted in hospital. Kenya's most-streamed musician posted images of himself after undergoing a victorious surgical operation in Nairobi.

Otile who didn't disclose the reason for the operation said things had gone well as operational theatre attendants were seen taking him from the surgical room to the intensive care unit.

In the same video, the 'Dusuma' singer showed the food that the health facility had given him. Guess what? It was ugali, some greens and what looked like some meat stew.

In a later video, the singer thanked fans for the well wishes while still keeping the reason for his admission close to his chest.

The surgery will come as a shock to many as the singer has seemed to be in great health over the past month.

This hospital visit comes days after he was spotted with Tanzania’s actress Nelly Kamwelu as they smoked shisha.

That's not all, the musician didn't hint anything was off about his health as he celebrated reaching the 1 million subscriber mark on YouTube.

But whatever it is, Otile's most recent post has him promoting something called uptown flex that will take place on the 10th.

Clearly, he will believes he will be healthy on that day.
