Kamene Goro has advised women to be deliberate about how they live their life.

The Morning Kiss host says most women live a life full of regrets because of 'mistakes' they make yet they could have easily been avoided.

"I do not want to have kids right now until I have trust funds and investments for my kids. I want to get married but not right now.

I need to have achieved a certain position in my career. We wonder why we are raising angry kids, who feel neglected.

We have not been deliberate women, your life is not something to gamble with don't gamble with it."

Kamene says she has been under pressure to become a mum adding she is not giving in any time soon.

"People have been telling me I should consider getting married because age is catching up with me. I want my kids to go to a better school than I went to and that won't be cheap.

Some say I should consider getting a baby. Maybe I do not want to go to labour, maybe I would want a selective CS in a private wing and it might cost me 7 million.

Do I have the money? No, so I cannot afford to be pregnant right now."

Her advise?

"Be deliberate with your life. You can't be living your life as a victim of circumstances, unafuata upepo kila wakati."
