Classic 105 radio Presenter Mike Mondo has revealed he sees a therapist after every three months.
He says this has been very beneficial for his mental wellness adding that men should not be afraid to open up on problems they are going through.
Talking to Mwalimu King'ang'i, during the Morning Conversation Mondo shared, "Me I can't keep quiet. I usually go to therapy once every three months. A problem shared is a problem halved."
Mike advised, "Why can't you talk to a therapist, talk to your fellow man and get it sorted out?"
Mwalimu says the therapist he goes to is sharing his problems with people who in turn offer 'solutions'.
"I never visit a therapist, tunapatana na watu huku nje and share our problems. Opening up to an African is no joke. In Africa, you must talk till you cry, speaking to someone is not easy."
Adding, "Everyone has their own pressure. Sometimes you talk to someone and they go tell what you told them to other people. That is why most men.
