Singer Nameless in collaboration with other Kenyan artists have released a new song dubbed Bandana ya Esir.
The new hit is meant to pay tribute to the late teen singer Esir, who would be turning 40 years this year.
Nameless, who was a close friend of Esir has sung the song alongside other artists including Trio Mio, Nelly the Goon, Habib and DMore.
The video of the Gengetone song stars veteran musicians such as Wahu, Wyre, Jua Cali and Nyashinski.
Rapper King Kaka also played a big role in the song as he designed the Bandana that has Esir's face.
"This project we about to release is very close to my heart .We celebrate our brother ESIR with a CROSS-GENERATION of artists! Some Veterans made a cameo to show LOVE for our fallen friend," Nameless said on the release of the song.
Esir died in 2003 after being involved in a tragic road accident.
