Diamond's mystery lover surprises him (Video)

Diamond Platinumz is one of the eligible bachelors in East Africa. The Tanzanian singer has confirmed that he is currently dating.

He said this while shooting the music video to 'Unachezaje', his recently released single. He showcased a pair of shoes his girlfriend bought him.

"These are a gift from my baby. I think my baby got them from abroad," he told Wasafi Media behind the scenes of the music video.

"They are expensive."

The WCB boss refused to say the name of his lover, adding, "You won't get her on Google, she's not there."

Diamond has been rumoured to be in a romantic relationship with his signee, Zuchu.

On Christmas weekend, Diamond shared videos of his date with Zuchu. He picked her up with his Rolls Royce and drove her to a date in an expensive restaurant in Dar Es Salaam.

He shared videos of the well-decorated flowery dinner table and wrote;

"Well, I found a girl, beautiful and sweet," accompanied with Ed Sheeran's song 'Perfect'.

He also shared more videos with Mariah Carrey's song, "All I want for Christmas is you."

Zuchu also shared a photo wearing a red dress and all ready for the date. Later, she shared another video while being driven by Diamond in his Rolls Royce.

This has gotten fans speculating the two are coming out to confirm the rumours they are dating.

Zuchu, who is daughter of Taarab singer Khadija Kopa, got signed by the WCB boss in his label last year. In past interviews, she has denied being an item with her label's boss.

"Trust me, if I had any inappropriate relations with my boss, there would be evidence."

Diamond Platnumz has previously been involved with Hamisa Mobetto, Zari Hassan, Tanasha Donna and Wema Sepetu.
