Weeks ago, the Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) in the Ministry of Health, Mercy Mwangangi asked for a man to marry her.
Mwangangi left tongues wagging during a rally in Migori, where she said she would want to get married to a man from the lakeside.
“Baba (Raila Odinga) has assured me that I can get a husband from this region. Please help me get a husband,” she said with a smile on her face.
Now, a Luo man named Lawrence Ochieng has emerged, ready to fulfill Mercy Mwangangi's desire to get married.
The man has written a love letter to the Health CAS, saying how he has been head over heels for her since she first appeared on national TV last year.
