Kiss FM's breakfast host Jalang'o has had a rough week making it even hard for him to report to his favourite radio job.
Taking it to social media, Jalas said the death of his friend Empresal - Sally Wangechi - broke his heart.
The comedian noted that the past few days have been heavy on him following the death of two important people in his life, including Empresal.
He added that he had to leave his busy schedule in order to attend two funerals.
He urged his massive followers not to postpone things in life as no one knows about their tomorrow.
"This week has been one of the most tricky one! Having to balance already paid gigs with 2 very important funerals! Yesterday we bid bye to our mother and Matriach and today we laid Sally our sister to rest!
With all this heavy heart I had to balance grief and events but we thank God who gives us a chance to smile in the rain!
For the first time in my radio life, I missed work twice in a row to mourn loved ones! I repeat again do not postpone anything in life, go for everything you want now! Tomorrow is not known!!" Jalang'o wrote.
Yesterday, Jalas spent his day in Subukia where his friend Empresal was buried.
