Maina Kageni has reacted to his co-host Mwalimu King'ang'i asking women to wait upon their husbands when they travel to work abroad.

The story was based on the story of a man who was released from prison after being held for more than 2o years.

Waiting outside the prison gates were his two wives. Reacting to the story, Mwalimu says marriage is for better or worse.

"My grandmother waited for my grandma for 20 years. He had gone to Tanzania for missionary work and she waited. So why are you here telling women to move on after just two weeks?"

Reacting to that Maina responded;

"She was mad, how can you wait for someone for that long? Did he come back with other kids?' He posed.

Mwalimu responded in the affirmative but defended his grandfather saying back in the day that was the norm.

"He came alone but left 7 kids uko. Siku hizo seven hawakua watoto wengi."

A classic 105 caller shared how her aunt waited for her husband for 15 years.
