King Kaka says Kenyans have forgotten about the song 'Wajinga nyinyi, which could have helped them to make the right decision come the 2022 general elections.

In an interview with Mpasho, he was asked if he thinks Kenyans will make the right decision in 2022 with reference to his song Wajinga Nyinyi.

He responded,

“Washasahau. I even said it in the song, Mungu hii ugonjwa ya Amnesia yenye tuko nayo itoe aki, tutasahau.’’

Wajinga nyinyi is a rap song released by the Kenyan rapper to show how Kenyans keep electing wrong leaders.

The response given to the song was both positive and negative and also tagged with a lot of controversy among some people and some public figures.

The song premiered on 14th December 2019 and the official video of the song even incorporated sign language interpretation.

No doubt he wanted the message in the song to reach everyone. The song majorly talks about Kenyan politics and the political leaders and the Kenyans themselves in relation to the state of the nation politically.

In the song the rapper wants Kenyans to make a good choice as they elect their leaders and not repeat the same mistake all over again.The big question is, have Kenyans really forgotten.
