Corazon-I only practised law for 6 months

Corazon Kwamboka has expressed her desire to go back to practising law. Kwamboka disclosed that she only practised law for six months.

"21/11/16. Happy anniversary, 5 years since I became an Advocate of the High Court.After this I only practised for 6months.

Lately, I’ve been having this desire to get back into practice, I’ve travelled to more than 25 countries, seen the world and lived my life.

I’ve experienced everything I ever dreamed of, I’m older now and ready to do something I wanted to do since I was a little girl."

Her statement comes as a contradiction as she had earlier stated she preferred sticking to advising people.

The popular Instagram personality said she was focusing on her clothing line, Genio Wear. According to Corazon, even though she hasn’t been publicly spotted in the corridors of justice, she has defended quite a number of cases.

“I started my law practice, even registered a firm and went to court a number of times, but now I can confidently say at the moment it’s not for me, maybe in future. I’ll stick to giving free legal advice on my Instagram page.”

Adding, “I have defended and won a number of times, but of course I won’t go into the details.”

Asked if her reputation as a socialite has affected her brand as a lawyer, Corazon said; “Being Corazon has always worked to my advantage. My track record from high school up until now gives my clients confidence.”
