Kenyan singer Nyashinski on Saturday closed the Destination Africa Concert that was attended by Nigeria's Adekunle Gold.
As a guest artist, many expected that Adekunle Gold would be the last artiste to perform at the concert after Kenya's Nyashinski.
True to his lyrics in the 'Now You Know' song, Nyashinski could not sit back and watch Adekunle closing the stage on the Kenyan soil.
When he took to the stage, Nyashinski expressed that it was his pleasure to headline the concert that was held at the Ngong Racecourse.
"Thank you for everything you have done for me. When I was given the news that I am headlining this show, I was happy.
Not because of my ego, but because, finally a young person aspiring to be an artiste can look up and know one day they can headline a show. This is not just a win for me but a win for us," Nyashinski said.
He clarified that he has a good relationship with Adekunle Gold.
