Kenyans have perfected the art of body shaming especially when one doesn’t meet the standards the people have set for him/her.

Mwalimu King'angi' however thinks people take things out of context adding that body-shaming doesn't exist.

Speaking during the Morning Conversation on Classic 105, Mwalimu advised people to accept themselves for who they are instead of always complaining.

"I have been called darkness before and I did not get mad.  Don't take everything personally.

If someone calls you fat just tell them God has blessed you with enough food. There are skinny people wakonde kama kiberiti how have they helped us?

Acha kuvaa corset ukifika kwa nyumba nyama zinaanguka ukiiifungua, why kill yourself? Kaa na hizo nyama extra mungu amaekupea mwishowe utazirudisha."

Mwalimu added, "If una tumbo kama ya Michelin tires go and look for a job at that company. If you have pimples go and find a job with a face cleansing company.

Do you know how many times Kiwi Company and Eveready has looked for me for so many years to help them advertise them?" Mwalimu joked

Maina Kageni was however insistent that people should not judge someone because of how they look.
