Wapi Pay founders Eddie Ndichu and Paul Ndichu have received a blow after investors pulled out of their start-up after they were involved in a fight at Ole Sereni Hotel.
In the incident that happened over the weekend, the twins were seen involved in a scuffle with two ladies and another man.
The expose was revealed by Kenyan activist Boniface Mwangi before the video went viral.
Now, Kepple Africa Ventures, who had invested in Wapi Pay have revoked their involvement with the brothers saying they have zero tolerance for GBV.
"In light of the alleged assault on women by the founders of our portfolio company Wapi Wapi.
We Keplle Africa Ventures hereby announce that we have zero tolerance for such conduct and announce that we will relinquish all the rights of our investment stake in Wapi Wapi," Kanzaki Takahiro, a partner at Kepple Africa Ventures wrote in a tweet.
