Pastor Robert Burale has opened up on the lessons he learned from his divorce.

Speaking during an interview with Spice FM Burale shared

1.Be careful not to involve too many people in your marriage

Not everybody who came to your wedding  and danced or ate rice was happy you got married.

People sometimes ingnore the red flags.

Burale also advised married couple from assuming they can only get helpful advice from fellow married couples.

Some very single people give very useful advice.

2. The person you marry must be your friend before being your lover.

There will always be someone more beautiful and more handsome but what is their value system?

Burale has a daughter from a previous relationship and he and his baby mama currently co-parenting.

The father of one says the biggest mistake people commit is looking for people to complete them. One can only look for someone to compliment them.

Understanding who you are with your struggles is the first step to self-love.
