"You're my person and I am yours," Anita Nderu's hubby lovingly tells her

Anita Nderu surprised many Kenyans last month when she got married to her Jewish husband, Barret Raftery.

The couple had a beautiful ruracio' at Fort Smith Gardens in Loresho before they holding their white wedding at a luxury house in Meru County.

Most of the press surrounding their love has revolved around what Anita has said about the coupling but we really haven't heard anything from him, until now.

A few hours ago Barrett decided to write a touching poem to his lover. He started, "How happy and humbled I am to be with you all the time. I can't believe in a few days we have been married a month and that us just the first month of the rest of our lives."

He also thanked Anita for being a wonderful wife, saying, "It's all surreal in the best possible way. Thank you for being such an amazing wife and being the silly and joyful foundation of our family."

He also praised the former the-Trend host for making his relatives fall in love with her.

"For making all my relatives and friends fall in love with you too. For the way, you lovingly help me along every day on my journey to be better, kinder, to navigate life with compassion and bliss."

He finished off his message by confessing that their life together was better than anything he'd ever known.

"Our life together is grander, gentler, and sweeter than anything I've ever known. You're my person and I am yours. Til the wheels fall off."
