Jalango has called out companies that are always denying young people jobs for apparently lacking experience.

The Morning Kiss presenter says it baffles him how an employer would ask for 10 years of experience from someone looking for his/her first job.

"If you do not want to give young people jobs sema tuu hautaki graduates in your company. Stop asking for 10 years experience for someone looking for their first job.

You can't give someone an entry job and still give them an entry salary yet you want 10 years experience. How do you pay someone with 10 years of experience 35K?

If as an employer all you are looking for is experience you will only end up getting older people to work for you.

You should create a policy where young people can come and get experience from your place," Jalango said during the Morning Kiss
