Ex-Citizen TV news anchor Jacque Maribe has shared one of the motivational messages she received from her father.
In an Instagram post, Jacque acclaimed that she sees truth in what her father shared with her.
In the message, Jacque's father wrote;
“Sometimes you must hurt in order to know, fall in order to grow, lose in order to gain because most of life’s greatest lessons are learned through pain.”
The mother of one went through a tough moment after being named in the murder case of businesswoman Monica Kimani.
At the time, Jacque's father offered her strong support, and would even block her from the stares of the public and flashing camera lights.
Recently, the mother of one opened up about her tough pregnancy journey.
"I am very particular about my son. I am so invested in his well being. I am his mother not for the name but for his life.
So many times I would have lost him during that pregnancy. So when you see me being an overly protective mum, you know. And anyone who harms my child is the devil reincarnated," she shared.
