Vera has asked Kenyans to give women a break as not every pregnancy has symptoms similar to another.
The mother-to-be says all pregnancies are different and people should embrace that.
The socialite was responding to harsh critics who said she was not pregnant because her navel was not protruding nor are her legs swollen.
Through her socials Vera says, "Some people have zero symptoms.
The only pregnancy symptom I have is a missed period and a huge belly with a little human kicking inside. I am still very super active. I only felt heartburn once.
I felt pelvic pain for two days only and I think it's because my belly was stretching and the baby was moving down, never again."
