Mwalimu King'angi has shared how his parents had to take care of 14 kids.
The discussion came about as the world celebrated 'World Contraception Day.'
Mwalimu says unlike back then there is no need to get many kids one cannot be able to take care of.
Speaking during the breakfast show on Classic 105, he shared, "We were 14 kids. We used to till land, tulikua wakulima. The reason why women back in the day had many kids is that the chances of children getting to 18 were very little.
Nowadays the chances have increased because there are ways to deal with ailments that made such kids die young."
