Gospel singer Kambua has reacted to the ongoing topic of alcoholism in the country.
Well, yesterday, comedian Omosh was trending after he was captured in a video trying to negotiate the amount of money he would take to give away the new home that was built for him a few months ago by well-wishers.
Most who commented on the video castigated the move to have Omosh on the prank.
Omosh has in the past said he was an alcohol addict but has recovered.
After the debate online that Omosh is still drinking, Kambua shared her experience with trying to save people she loves from alcoholism.
She said that every time she sees Omosh trending, she gets knots in her stomach.
This is because she has experienced the effects of alcoholism on people she loves.
''I could write a book about that but I hate stirring up sad memories. Very good, smart, hardworking people have lost their lives to alcohol. Sudden deaths, terrible accidents, it is a death trap,'' she said.
Kambua added that she is currently trying to assist one who is in the bondage of alcoholism and it's not easy.
''A bondage. I am worn out by one case I am trying to assist now. only God can.''
