Anita Nderu's veeeeeeeeeeeeeery private and secretive wedding to Barrett Raftery went down today.

According to a report on Capital, the ceremony was conducted at Mukima house, a luxury country house situated in Meru County that has excellent views of Mount Kenya.

The couple's friends and family were in attendance as the two exchanged their vows. Friends like popular actress Sarah Hassan were in attendance.

The resplendent Anita was escorted down the aisle by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kinyanjui Nderu.

What is interesting is that the wedding was officiated by rabbi Vlad Khyakin, which most likely means that the groom is Jewish.

Another fascinating aspect about the wedding was that instead of having a maid of honour, Anita chose to have a man of honor, her good friend Capital FM employee, Duncan Ndirangu.

Barret wasn't to be left out as he had his sister Heather Raftery by his side as his best woman.Talk about subverting standards!
