'Life is short...'Last post of Citizen TV's reggae DJ before he died

The death of Citizen TV reggae DJ has sent shockwaves in the entertainment circles.

DJ Rema's death was sudden and the family is yet to announce what transpired.

Fellow DJs have come out to warn people from spreading unfounded rumours surrounding his death.

"It has been a sad day for me... DJ REMA 254. We have been friends until we became brothers. Numerous phone calls. It isn't easy for me and it won't be easy..." DJ Smile wrote.

Adding, "But let's wait for the responsible authorities to confirm to us what transpired in my brother's death. All those who are posting shenanigans...you won't gain followers as a result of that."

DJ Rema was known for his mixes that were popular online. That was the bulk of what he promoted on his social media.

Beside that, he also posted some very interesting and enlightening posts.

One read, "When you can't control what's happening, challenge yourself to control the way you are responding to what is happening. That is where the power is."

DJ Rema also detailed what success means to him.

"Success means doing the best we can with what we have. Success is the doing, not the getting; in the trying, not the triumph. Success is a personal standard, reaching for the highest that is in us, becoming all that we can be."

Before his death, the spinmaster also pointed out that life is indeed short.

"Life is short, so break your egos, forgive quickly, believe slowly, love truly, laugh loudly and never avoid anything that makes you smile."
