Media personality Larry Madowo is mourning the death of his grandmother, Francesca Madowo. In a social media message, Madowo announced the death of his grandma, eulogizing her as their family's matriarch and his comedy partner.

"My grandmother, the family matriarch, our heartbeat, my comedy partner, the dearly loved Francesca Madowo has joined the ancestors." He wrote 

Adding "I am numb. My heart has been ripped from my chest. Light has gone out of my life. Nind gi kwe, min Omollo"

Fans and fellow celebrities sent their condolences to Madowo.
