Before Diamond's reign as the biggest MC from another African country in Kenya, the boy band P-Square ( made up of brothers Peter Okoye and Paul Okoye) were the pre-eminent stars dominating our charts with Naija music. 

The twins dropped bangers after bangers for their fans but their music relationship would end abruptly after one of the brother's choice for a wife didn't seat well with the family.

Peter and Anita would get married 7 years ago but it seems that that relationship has now run its course.

The news emerging from our West African brothers is that Anita filed a divorce petition which cited irreconcilable differences.

The two had courted for 10 years before their marriage and got 3 kids from the relationship. Many Nigerians expressed their opinions after the news.

Some noted that it was odd that the brother who had criticised his own sibling for his choice of wife was himself getting divorced.
