Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua and his birthday mate, Rayvanny are all set for their big day on Sunday.

In an exclusive event at Ole Sereni hotel, the duo will be treating fans to a birthday party.

As he grows a year older, Governor Mutua shared some of her life lessons.

"The most important thing is that be kind and generous to people. We exist to help other people.

We have suffered through life, it is time for us to uplift people. I believe in uplifting people, holding their hands and moving up with them. I celebrate when I see other people growing," he said.

In his legacy, Governor Mutua would like to leave a mark in people's lives by uplifting them.

"After you go, you will not be judged by what you have, you will be judged by how you impact people's lives."

For Rayvanny, his life is centred around 3 points.

"Believe in God, and work hard. You need to be humble, respect everybody."
