Robert Burale has advised Kenyans to use social media for the right reason lest they end up getting depressed.

According to Burale social media is a good tool if used well but also a bad master when misused.

Speaking during an interview with Churchill, the father of one shared:

"The biggest lie of this generation is social media.

You find someone getting depressed because their friend posted a photo posing by a range rover.

What one might not know is that the guy might have paid the watchman to alert him when the owner of the Range Rover arrives.

The need to compete is too much."

Adding:

"Many people are dancing to the beats of the neighbour but their choir has lost the beat.

You are living for the wins of other people and they don't care.

Some of the people who bash you are the same ones who will crucify you.

Enjoy social media but don't take it seriously.

If you use social media well it will help you but if you don't it can ruin you."
