• Kambua lost her second born son after birth.
Gospel musician Kambua is getting women to open up on things they went through after pregnancy.
She asked the ladies on social media to share the worst thing that pregnancy has done to their physical body and how have they dealt with it.
The 'Usiku Na Mchana' hitmaker suffered postpartum alopecia (hair loss) after her last pregnancy.
"Remember I told you how I suffered from postpartum alopecia with my previous pregnancy? It happened again! Maybe a little worse this time, my guess is hormones compounded by grief are a bad combo. So I'm on my supplements, and using oils to stimulate my hair follicles...huku ni mapambano tu! How 'bout you?"
Early this year, Kambua lost her second born son Malachi after he was born.
"My little baby boy Malachi made a grand entrance into the world a few days ago. He was everything we hoped for, and more, much more. Perfect in every way.
Malachi knew how much he was loved, and so he did all he could to stay with us. With the help of a most dedicated team of doctors & nurses, our little baby fought, until Jesus healed him by taking him to Himself.
Malachi is now free from pain, and any worldy care. Our tears fall freely because our hearts are broken beyond words. But our faith and hope remains unshaken because we have our trust in a dependable God" she wrote at the time.
