Barely two months after joining CNN, Madowo has been promoted from being the Nairobi-based correspondent to the network's international correspondent.
Yesterday, the celebrated journalist updated his new job description on his social media platforms.
The news of Larry's promotion has shocked many Kenyans.
Whether it is mother luck or hard work, netizens are celebrating his achievement, at the same time wondering how he is climbing the career ladder so fast.
Most people would like to have a promotion at their jobs, and now they are asking Larry Madowo for some nuggets of wisdom.
