Machakos governor Alfred Mutua has termed Otile Brown as one of Kenya's most talented artistes.

Otile had paid a courtesy call to the governor and going by the look of things the meeting was a success.

Using his social media, Governor Mutua wrote,

"I had a wonderful time interacting with one of Kenya’s successful and talented music artists Otile Brown.

We shared jokes, aspirations and mambo ya maisha. I got to learn of his humble beginnings and his quest to do well.

He is currently completing a video of his new song which features Tanzanian singer Darasa. The sky is the limit.

I will support him and other Kenyan and East African artists grow and also receive their dues. As a filmmaker and supporter of the arts, I am a believer in the financial growth of artists.

But, Otile has a very grand official-sounding name with the initials: J.J.O.A. na ukitaka pia B. @otilebrown."

Otile Brown is among the most successful artists in Kenya.

Not only has he done dope music but he is also the artist with the most YouTube views in Kenya.

His subscribers currently stand at 832,000 beating Sauti Sol who has 683,ooo subscribers.

Otile's song, 'Dusuma' is among the most-watched videos in Kenya, it has been watched by more than 30 million people.
