Actor Joseph Kinuthia aka Omosh was in dire straits earlier this year when he revealed in an interview that he struggling financially.
Soon after, many Kenyans including celebrities joined hands to help the celebrated former Tahidi High actor. And not only did people contribute financially but the biggest blessing he got was that he was promised a house.
Sung Timber CEO Kathy Andrews promised to build the three-bedroom house located in Malaa, off Kangundo Road.
The piece of land was donated by a well-wisher and she went ahead to construct a house for the troubled comedian.
Omosh can now step into his own home as the handover was done today with clergy, friends and celebs in attendance.
Celebrities available included; DJ Shiti, Shiphira of Kawangware, Jalas, Fred Omondi among others. One odd thing was that his two wives didn't attend the house handover.
Omosh was jubilant and grateful saying, "I want to thank you for today. I am grateful on behalf of my family. I will not let you down again. I have enough content. I have vowed to work extra hard. I have a comedy show at Greenspan mall." He then promised to come back on our TV screens.
The only thing to note is that the interior finishing of the home isn't yet done. Below are photos and videos from the event;
