Akothee's sister Cebbie Koks was once a victim of a mugging incident in the city.

On the fateful day, Cebbie was snatched a bag, and while she was making efforts to recover it, the thug physically assaulted her.

"What else have I not seen in this city... There's a time I was snatched a bag. These petty thugs are hooligans I tell you.

See, after running a few miles, one of them decided to come back at me again... Maybe he remembered that wasn't enough and that I must get a biting to crown it all. The idiot did bite my ears and took off without saying a word," Cebbie shared.

Lately, the crime rates in the city has risen high, and the thieves have found new ways to steal and escape easily.

Many thugs are now riding on motorcycles, and it is easy for them to escape after stealing.

Recently, a video of a police officer whose phone was snatched by thieves on a motorcycle went viral.

This and more theft incidences captured on camera raises concern on the safety of city dwellers.
