Radio King Maina Kageni has revealed that he has insured his voice for Ksh 100 million.

According to Maina that is the amount that would be given to him was he to get to a point where he cannot use his voice anymore.

This he revealed to his co-host Mwalimu Kinga'ng'i during the morning show on Classic 105.

''Our work is very tricky you have to talk continuously to be fired over simple flu, we should insure our voices.'' Said Kinga'ngi.

To which Maina responded,

''I have insured my voice for 100 million.'' 

Mwalimu expressed his shock saying it's time Maina's voice got lost so that they can already be paid the Ksh 100m in benefits.

''Na mimi naongea tuu fuuuua, kuna mwingine anafaa kuinsure yake, Ghost Mulee na hio kicheko yake (And here I am just talking aimlessly. Ghost Mulee should also insure his signature laugh.) Your voice should go already so that we can get paid.

We can use that money instead of coming to work every morning. Can mine be insured?'' Mwalimu asked
