David Mathenge alias Nameless has revealed that he was a cigarette smoker.

The father of two through his social media shared throwback photos of him holding a cigarette.

In the caption, he said smoking was one of the bad habits he regrets having ever been involved in.

He added that one of the greatest achievement is being able to manage to stop smoking.

He said he last smoked in 2010 but said he is still taking alcohol although responsibly.

"TBT2004 US TOUR .... Fam, one of my most proud achievement was to manage to stop smoking, Weh!! ... It was such a hard habit to stop but I manage to smoke my last cigarette in 2010... These pics reminded me of those times...lakini kadrink bado nakunywa, lakini responsibly.."

Other celebrities who have spoken out about quitting smoking are Terence creative a habit he said made him lose job opportunities.

"I used to smoke 2 – 3 packs of cigarettes a day,when clubbing I would do shisha as well and weed once in a while,my friends made shisha sound less harmful than cigarettes which was a lie,every smoke is harmful and can kill."
