Huduma Kenya is not going slow on excelling anytime soon. Earlier this year, the Kenyan government's institution won in The United Nations Public Service Awards (UNPSA) for its exemplary service to the Kenyan public. The entity brings all the governments services to Kenyans under one roof; from driving licence renewals to dealing with duplicate ID cards, the initiative has made our lives easier.

The institution has yet again managed to be First Place winner in this year's Service Excellence Awards, Government Services category. The Service Excellence Awards, is a Kenyan award ceremony geared towards celebrating the success of organizations and individuals that provide exemplary customer service in Kenya.

“You wanted to cut the bureaucratic red-tape in service delivery, transform Public Service into an efficient, effective and ethical institution. You gave the vision; we came up with the concept and plan, this team made it a reality,” CS Anne Waiguru said when she introduce the Huduma team to the President.

As if that's not enough, Huduma Kenya has been nominated in the in the Government category.
