As Kenyan continue to abuse each other and spread vitriol on social media, top Jubilee and CORD leaders are dinning and wining together. This afternoon, Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, DP William Ruto, Senate Minority Leader Moses Wetangula, Nkaiserry were among the invited guests to Statehouse during a luncheon in honour of visiting South Korean Head of State.

The significance of  Raila and Wetangula's invite is believed to be a bid to calm down the rising political temperatures in the country. Uhuru Kenyatta took to social media to announce the "great news" accompanied by photos which has sent tongues wagging. They are currently trending on social media.

"With Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Senate Minority Leader Moses Wetangula when they attended a State Luncheon this afternoon at State House. Invited them to the national Madaraka Day celebrations to be held in Nakuru County tomorrow."
