The double deaths of Bamburi pastor Elisha Misiko and his wife Anne Misiko during a church sermon has left residents of Chembani in shock.

Elisha, who was going through continued marital wrangles stabbed his wife before turning the same knife on himself.

This was during a live service at their church Ground for God's Gospel Ministries.

A congregant narrated the horrors of the incident.

'He stabbed himself three times in the stomach and then slit his throat.

They were reliving The double deaths of Bamburi pastor Elisha Misiko and his wife Anne Misiko during a church sermon that has left residents of Chembani in shock.

Another congregant Martias Chacha narrated,

'I was leading worship and I had not closed my eyes. I saw him stand up and remove an envelope while people were praying.

After that he stood up and maybe he wanted to give another pastor an envelope. That is when he stabbed her.

They were both pastors before the wrangles started but the bishops told Elisha to stay back while his wife took charge.'

Elisha Misiko aged 55 left behind three kids.

Among the tussles they had was him being forced to cater for the kids and yet being denied access to them.
