After all the hype and hullabo dance-hall artiste Popcaan will miss the Macha New Year Concert. The Jamaican government issued an advisory to local entertainers going to Africa urging them to be aware of Ebola virus. That warning follows a WHO's declaration that the virus is a public health emergency of international concern.

Last month, Popcaan had posted a tweet confirming that he was to perform in Kenya in December.

"Kenya are you ready for a concert? How December stay? #unrully"

What a disappointment!
