Brian Kuira has all reasons to be grateful one year after he narrowly survived a terror attack that was at Dusit D2 hotel, Westlands.

The attack which occurred on January 2019 left 22 people dead.

Taking to his account Brian Kuira wrote,

'Can't believe it's been a year. Some didn't make it out of Dusit, but I'm grateful I'm one of those that made it out.

Never take for granted the gift of life, always give thanks.'

Other Kenyans joined in mourning the souls of those who died during the attack among them Cobra.

@iam_renson: It is now one year down the line after the Dusit attack. Prayers and fond memories are what we have to remember our dearly departed. My most heartfelt condolences to those who lost their beloved ones. We shall always overcome
@bevalynekwambo3: It was a day like today last year, when the word dusit d2 was heard by some of us for the first time 23 lives were lost, many sustained injuries.
Since then what has the govt done towards the continuous terror attacks #UhuruAdress didn't include the recent alshabaab attack.

@FinlayMocheche: Its exactly 1 year since you were robbed from us by those cowards at Dusit....If tears could build a stairway and memories were a lane, we would walk right up to heaven and bring you back again..

Dear brother, your memory will never fade You will always be within us, it's just the graveyard where you lay to rest You are always loved & never forgotten. Rest easy, pal. ...PERSONELL COBRA JAKABABA..
