Akothee hosted hundreds of children from her neighbourhood at her palatial home in Rongo County where they celebrated Christmas. Speaking to Mpasho, Akothee said that she invited the kids because she loves children so much and also she pays school fees for them.

"I once met them on the road next to my house when they were sent home for school fees at the beginning of this year and since then, we have been in touch and I pay fees for them."

Akothee has become a song on the lips of many in Rongo County because of supporting the needy in the area and on 28th, she is set to host a party of a kind at her home and celebrated local comedians are among the invited guests.
