Former Tetu MP Ndung'u Gethenji was last night arrested over claims he assaulted a guard at Kihingo Village, Kitsuru in Nairobi.

Police say the incident happened on February 5, 2021, at the gate of the residence.

Gethenji is involved in multiple criminal and civil suits over his long-running but unsuccessful battle to retain control of Kihingo Village which was developed in partnership with his two estranged brothers and his late mother.
