Speaking to Massawe Japanni, Nick explained what it takes to shoot a kiss scene,

"We call that mechanical. When you kiss on the screen there are like 20 people watching you. And you do it so that the scene is authentic. Because in real life, don't humans kiss? Do they fight? It is part of being authentic and the most important thing is people remember the work you did."

Since his partner, Bridget is also in the same profession as he is, Nick told Massawe,

"She is also an actor like me and she is in the popular TV show, Maria as Sophia. We have been together for a very long time and now she gets me, but initially, it was an issue but even now mahali tumefika kuna roles we don't do at all."

Nick continued,

"This is because of the respect we have for each other and what we are trying to build as a couple. Because in as much as...it is funny because as a man acting those roles it was okay. But

Imagining my partner acting those same roles there is that double standard like ' ahhhh itakua ngumu sana.'"

He concluded,

"What we have decided as a family to be doing action movies."
