DJ Moh has been trending after he was captured having fun at the K1 Club with a gun on his trouser.

This was during the 36th birthday of his brother who is also a DJ, Kym NickDee.

We tried reaching out to DJ Moh to find out whether he is a licensed gun-holder but our efforts were unsuccessful.

This comes just a month after the Inspector General Hillary Mutyambai ordered the arrest of 4,293 unlicensed civilian gun holders after they failed to honour a seven-day ultimatum issued last week.

One thing a normal Mwananchi should have before being issued with firearms is that they should be thoroughly trained to handle small arms. Should have been cleared by the DCI and must have reached 21 years and above.

Now, DCI have released a statement officially on their Facebook stating that DJ Mo has been arrested.
